Our introductory report covers one residential property, one identified foreclosure case, and review of up to 10 relevant documents. It organizes available records into a source-referenced summary, a case timeline where applicable, and questions requiring further review.
How to order
- Email auctionintelai@gmail.com with the property address, county, auction link or case number, auction date, and your research questions.
- We review your request and confirm the research scope, total price, and expected delivery date.
- After you accept the scope, we send payment instructions. Research begins once payment is received.
- Your completed PDF report is delivered by email.
Additional cases, documents, or research require a separate quote. Title insurance, municipal search fees, and attorney consultations are not included.
